Lotus Quartet
Jerick Meagher is the baritone saxophonist in the award winning Lotus Quartet. Based in Tempe, Arizona and formed in the early summer of 2022, LOTUS is an American saxophone quartet that is active in a variety of entertainment and educational mediums. LOTUS is focused on creating engaging art that captivates the listener and giving back to the community through performing and educational outreach.
Recently awarded the 2024 Fischoff Chamber Competition Gold medal in the senior winds division, LOTUS is fresh off of a midwest tour sponsored by the Fischoff organization that centered around community outreach and educational masterclasses given across 4 states.
LOTUS also just released their debut album, BLOOM, which is now streaming on all major platforms.
Similar to the Kandinsky painting our name is derived from, Various Actions is a duo that aims to create and live in the world of eclecticism, breaking away from constraints of specific genres. With our individualized and diverse musical backgrounds, this collaborative effort strives to explore and push the boundaries of the ever changing landscape of instrumental music.
